"Very plush accomodations and beautiful garden. We only noticed three things that could improve: -Indoor pool very nice, but water seemed somewhat cloudy in the colder large pool. Water clear in the hot tub. -No creamer and not enough sugar/sweetener supplied in the room for the coffee maker -No salt/pepper on the table in the restaurant and we had to ask for water glasses and milk/sugar for the coffee."

"The room was dirty upon entry, they didn't have my child's crib until the 2nd night, the front desk woman was rude and lied a number of times to my wife. They also don't even clean the rooms at night unless you make a special request to have them cleaned according to the woman who works at reception. Not sure if the positive reviews are old or fake but this was FAR from what we expected and I dont know how a place like that is a 4 star property. Shameful conduct from Novotel. Please save your...
