"Great place to stay"

"Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly."

"Check in staff was very pleasant and helpful but the pictures on Expedia doesn’t reflect the poor state ofthe room. I didn’t stay but moved to a different hotel."

"Terrible experience. I had a late check in and there was nobody there to let me in. A random guest had to come and open the door. The bathroom was nasty. Didn’t even use it. I laid on the other bed for like a few hours just to get some kind of value. I left right after that. I would not recommend this location."

"Don’t even try this place my worst experience, when you see from outside, it looks good, but it’s not inside totally different ignorant people specially the owner his office downstairs and his smoke cigarette mase the whole room no Ac no fun bathroom and rain leaking on the roof my worst experience. If you see this message, ignore it. They have the reason they said nonrefundable. They knows what they have. My kids. Hate London because of this place run run run for your life."

"Unfortunately this was not a good experience for my family. We arrived at 730pm and rang the outside bell for 5 minutes and no one let us in. Another guest happened to be coming back and let us in. The room was older and not quite as advertised (the 2nd full bed was a full sized mattress on the bottom of a twin bunk so it was hanging off the side). Our biggest challenge was the cat. It wasn’t clear that the owner had a cat (I should have asked as 3 of us are allergic but I didn’t think to). The...
