"Clean room, breakfast"

"Clean room. Staff friendly"

"The resort is perfectly located close to shopping and restaurants nice clean area and resort beautiful. Easy parking and would definitely stay again my only recommendation is to add a microwave in room since it had a dining room but no microwave didn’t make sense and place the room safe lower it was in closet on top shelf had to climb on top of bed to reach safe"

"The WiFi wasn’t the best"

"Todo bien"

"The bathroom was extremely small; and walking into the room it had a “wet smell” I only needed the room for one night so it wasn’t a major thing but if I needed to book for more nights I probably wouldn’t."

"Muy bueno. Recomendable para el fin de semana o pasarla bien"

"This was a disaster from the start. Check in was very slow only to be told we needed to go to another line to get a parking pass. Which made no sense. When we got to the room the bathroom was filthy. Our second day there we were locked out of our room because the battery to the pin pad had died. The next day we did a load of laundry and the water was Brown ruining multiple articles of clothing. This was the second straight nightmare of a stay for a Hilton hotel."

"Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and fun activities for children."

"Although it's a 39-year-old building they basically gutted the rooms and redid them they look new with new furnishings the staff is extremely helpful and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the provided breakfast which is 100% sugars and carbs there are absolutely no proteins even the butter is just vegetable oil spread so but if you like pancakes with high fructose syrup sugary cereals or sugar Laden yogurt then this is a great breakfast for you"

"The bed was wet so inasked the linens to be changed while we were out and I came back and they just left new linens on the stairs ."

"The staff is now very nice and knowledgeable"

"Had a wonderful stay at Bahama Bay Resort. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The resort itself was beautiful and peaceful, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I’ve been to this area several times and this was the first time I was unhappy First off , roaches in the sink and wall Second, sofa was too low to sit on. Terrible for elderly visitors Third, mattress dented in the middle and my back every morning. Not sure what is going on. Hope that things change because I visit this resort at least twice a year."

"The front door lock was broke so you couldn't lock it when you left. Could use a good deep cleaning. Kitchen faucet sprayed all over."
