"Firstly this is anything but a hotel. The property was not as described. No stove, nor oven. Heating seemed a luxury option. It spent more time not working, and on the last day waited 12 hours for it to be turned back on. Owner obviously knew what the issue was! Expedia did nothing to assist in resolving the matter. "

I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. Elena gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and answered all questions we may have had. Thank you, for making our stay and 1st time in London a great one!! "

"I stayed a week and lived the hotel! Clean room, very pleasant staff. I felt safe walking up the street at 2AM. Lots of small grocery and coffee shops within minutes. Tube station is a 5 minute walk. "
