When I explained the situation he didn’t care and he still charged me!! I spent 3 hours in Waverley station looking for an Edinburgh hotel at twice the cost and now I need to make a claim to get my money back"

"We were 3 single women on holiday. The Host was very quickly responsive and offered solutions within less than 30 minutes. Location great for catching trains or buses to larger cities (5 min walk). Kitchen could use a few more items for meal prep, but we found solutions at nearby shops and thrift shops (tea-towels, spatula, larger salad bowels, shower-room floor mat, paper-towels). Overall, our stay was manageable because we had a positive attitude and spent much time exploring nearby...

"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder.
