"I didn't use the amenities but I was impressed with the staff. I was given a key to my room and immediately left without going to my room to unload the car. I was starving. When I got back there wasn't a single parking spot so I asked security where I could park and he was helpful in letting me know where to park. Then I got to my room and thought someone else had been given the same room. I had never seen a hotel room in such a disarray except as I was leaving it. I immediately called the front desk and told them what the room looked like and she apologized and looked for another one. Lucky for me they were not full capacity."
