"The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I had an issue with my lost baggage during my stay, and although I was unfortunately unable to receive it in the end, the staff spent a lot of time helping me deal with the situation. I really appreciated their kindness and support. Thank you very much!"

"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore.
The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails.
We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them.
The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle.
The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."

"I could not gain access to the hotel. Also the phone number given by Hotels.com to contact the hotel did not work. Also hotel.com are refusing me a refund despite me arriving and being unable to gain entry."
