"The restaurant was closed during our entire stay and we were not informed that they would be doing an update to their systems until we arrived to check in. This meant no power, lights or use of elevators. We also were cut off from heat in the middle of winter."

"Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. Pool area was very tidy and clean and did have towels available. There was no coffee pot in the room. "This was a lovely inn with comfortable beds, clean rooms and plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a solid selection of dishes and after a long flight and a drive through heavy traffic it was great to be able to eat on site. We would stay here again."

"My stay was for one night only. There is a deadbolt lock in addition to the regular lock on the handle. I closed the deadlock. Later, when I wanted to go out for dinner, I could don't get the deadbolt open. I had opened it earlier with no problem so this was a little strange. I was locked in my hotel room until maintenance came and pulled the screens off the windows so he could reach in and spray the lock with WD-40. The lock was still sticky after that so I only locked it 1/3 of the way. ...

"Everyone works at hotel is very friendly, always greet the visitors with happy smile. Lots of parking space. Hot breakfast was good, also there is waffle maker which kids love. Over all, definitely worth the money. And I will stay there again when I am in the area."
