"The main problem I have is I could not get into my room due to technical problems for half of my trip. I had to always go to the front desk to be let in which was annoying. I also had to have maintenance come to the room multiple times to attempt to fix the door and connect the Wi-Fi to the television. "

"This place is a hidden Gem!!!! The room was roomy, modern, and clean. The room had Avery nice larger fridge and a clean stocked bathroom. The parking was very easy and was free. We also receiver vouchers for breakfast at an actual restaurant on the property the food was very good! Out of all of the properties I have stayed at I would rate this in my top 3!! The property did not have a casino but that was not an issue for us. I enjoyed my stay and will be back!"

"The hotel is nice and has great amenities but the front desk staff can be a little rude. They charged our credit card 166 with no notification and did not show on our room account. When we went to the front desk they said it was a smoking fee. We don’t smoke, vape, light candles etc. the gave us the report that showed the time of the incident at time we were not even in our room. They removed the charge but if we didn’t get alerts from our credit card company we would not have know about...
