"Everything started off great during the first two days, but on the third morning there was no water for showering or brushing our teeth. We weren’t refunded for that day—only the resort fees were waived, which I suppose is fair. I also noticed the cleanliness could be improved. I like walking barefoot in the room, but after the first night my socks were very dirty, suggesting the carpets haven’t been deep cleaned in quite some time. I’d recommend bringing sandals. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and there are plenty of amenities. The staff is friendly, and it’s convenient to have a Starbucks and Eggslut on-site. The pool was also nice and clean. overall, the hotel could use an upgrade for their Masquerade tower rooms. "

"The building is quite dated. The windows which were probably installed in the 70s or 80s (or whenever the building was constructed) are thin and flimsy and nowhere near soundproof. The place is very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is exactly what you would expect at Hampton Inn. I wish they would do away with all the plastic utensils and just switch over to silverware which is actually way more cost effective than constantly buying plastic that just gets tossed out into landfills. The pool area is very nice and clean. "
