"Clean spacious room and friendly staff"

"I stayed at The Orleans in Las Vegas for two nights during a business trip, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is dirty, outdated, and reeks of cigarette smoke everywhere—it genuinely feels like walking into a giant ashtray. They also charge a resort fee for absolutely nothing of value.To make things worse, the bathroom tub had major drainage issues, so I ended up standing in several inches of soapy water every time I showered. The staff service was poor, especially when it came to handling a small parcels I had delivered—they charged me $15 just to pick it up and initially claimed they didn’t have it, even though I had proof it was delivered. On top of that, rideshare drivers struggle to find this hotel. I had three Uber drivers cancel in just two days because the location was confusing or hard to access.Overall, this place is run-down, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I will absolutely never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, whether for business or leisure."

"Staff were very welcoming. Resort and rooms were very clean Only a few downside to resort wad we were not told the pools were out for maintenance And the property does not respond to emails. I sent many. Staff said to call them. That's ok if you live in the USA but we are ftom Australia. In a great location "
