Place was run down dirty smelly. Had people living in the rooms and repairing cars in the parking lot in front of the rooms. You should seriously review this property. You show it looking nice but it’s been years since it lived up to the ratings.

It's an older hotel and at first appearances, you might be tempted to look elsewhere but the room was clean and comfortable and the front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. It's a good value for the price and we had a restful night's sleep. It had a mini frig and a microwave and wasn't noisy.

This should never be listed on Expedia ! ,! Let’s start with bed bugs 22 bites on me and 17 on my husband . We used our sleeping bag on the bed as the bed cover didn’t look clean . Now will have to clean it and everything that was in the room !... The carpet was very dirty , the micro wave was not clean .. Breakfast at 8:33 am no food at all coffee was out when replaced it was like dish water .. I know we shouldn’t have stayed but it was late at night and we’d been driving for 10 hours . Were not fussy people and can put up with a lot ,,we camp out sometimes on the road too ,,we travel a lot .. This was the worst.!! Expedia needs to remove this from there list !!!!

I don’t like anything about your service or the motel at all i made a reservation on August 28th for a stay on the 11th of September then drove for 12 hours to get to west plains mo from Wisconsin too find out that the motel was booked up and no room for my wife an I now that makes me made that you can mess up that bad and not care so I had to find another motel I will never use you again

The staff was the most polite and helpful of any place we had ever stayed. We were honestly treated like VIPs. The facilities are being repaired and renovated so if you want everything perfect looking, go elsewhere. The place is clean and comfortable and inexpensive and the staff was awesome. We already booked a return visit just for fun.

This is basically a big false advertisement. They over charged me. My booking rate was 60 a night i got charged 78. The property was run down and not maintained. The room had lumpy pilliws and stains on the chairs and floors. They advertised hot breakfast yet had no breakfast. Alot of people live there and it was constant kids and dogs. It is as shady as it looks. Beware.

Upon arrival the front desk receptionist were very proper and the room was very clean, however we were not able to park near our room leaving our personal belongings and vehicle in a lot that was not visible to see,, other things are as follows there was no phone in this room to make a call to the front desk on account other guest were fighting throughout the night and a dog barking kept me and my spouse up throughout the entire night very dissatisfied customer

This does not seem to be a regular hotel but a low-budget long term stay facility. It was dirty and not well-maintained, dogs barking everywhere in the morning.

Uncomfortable

Employee at front desk was new took forever to check in. Then room didn't have fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. Then see a sign that said rooms were 20 bucks cheaper a night than what I paid for. I should get reimbursed for the difference. Alot of shady people and beds were extremely uncomfortable
