"Well, I stayed here three nights as my son was graduating Air Force Basic Training at Lackland AFB. The Best Western is conveniently located right off Loop-410, not far from Ingram Park Mall and close to Lackland (about a 15-minute drive). There are actually several Best Western's "near" Lackland AFB, so make sure you're looking at the right one (this one is a two-story hotel). I'd say the facility itself is rather dated, but the management has kept the place very clean. It may be old, but...

"The pictures were obviously taken when it opened. It’s not as bright and beautiful. I don’t think the swim up bar has been used for a while. For the price of this hotel and the fact that you had to also pay for parking and breakfast and a cooler it’s not worth it. The gentleman at the front Chris was SO HELPFUL. I had read a comment from another quest that they had issues checking in after midnight. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours. I called the hotel and Chris assured me they would not cancel...

"Lots of construction around the area which made accessing a bit challenging. The elevators were super slow since they served the garage and the guest floors. The rooms were standard and the breakfast was warm. Overall 3.75/5.0"

"Heard from another guest that several cars had been broken into earlier that week. Good proximity to sea world. Several guest drinking and loud at pool, made family nervous."
