"The lobby of this hotel is absolutely beautiful and spacious, giving off cozy Spanish villa vibes complete with a fountain, arcade, restaurant, pool area and a lot of seating. Unfortunately, the rest of the property hasn't caught up to that first impression. The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of repairs. During our stay, the guest elevators were completely broken down, forcing us to use a very sketchy staff elevator. To make things more interesting, the hallways gave off serious The Shining vibes. On top of that, the carpeted hallways were in a serious need of shampooing. On the positive side, our room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the bathroom was incredibly old, and both the toilet and bathtub were sitting shockingly low to the ground. It has great potential and a stunning entrance, but the guest floors need some serious love."
