"Beautiful view right next to the water. We even saw dolpins in the distance. Loved being in Kapa'a and close to walking to other places to grab food from. Being able to borrow bikes to ride on the bike path was awesome as well. The hotel had a great homey vibe to it that I loved. Everyone working there was super nice and down to earth too. I really enjoyed my time here. As long as you're not looking for a super fancy place to stay, I think this is an awesome place to stay for a good trip in...

"I have stayed in many hotels, motels and resorts. Plan your expectations accordingly when you look for a place to stay. Tip Top was a last minute need due to flight schedule. They are an older cinder block building near the airport which was my first requirement. 2nd they were clean. I check the cleanliness every f the bathroom which generally sets the time for overall cleanliness. 3rd access, we got in late and just needed somewhere to sleep that was quick in. They sent me the keyless entry...
