"Access to our room was easy. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good and near restaurants and the public pier. There is a lanai with tables and chairs for dining and a view of a small horse ranch bordered by the ocean. "

"Best hotel I have probably stayed at especially in Hawaii, arguably more beautiful grounds and pools than the Grand Hyatt in Kauai. On site restaurant was delicious as well as the marketplace on site which also had lots of essentials available for purchase. Multiple pools, one of which is adults only, one is family, and the rest are multi use with waterfalls. Beach access and views from resort, minutes from downtown Koloa and poipu beach. Rooms were clean and spacious, friendly and helpful staff...

"I booked this property at the very last minute as our previously booked hotel did not work out. We were so happy to see the property when we arrived. The reception lobby is beautiful, each clerk was kind and helpful, we love the valet staff, and the rooms are easily accessible. A favorite is the beautiful infinity pool, which we were in every day of our visit. Walk a few steps and you are on the beautiful sandy beach. They have a nice game room for kids and young adult adults with pool tables...
