"Our family had 3 rooms in VIP area. Murriell was our assistant when we checked in and she was super observant! She recommended the upgrade and we accepted. That made our stay the best!! A great family area to enjoy time together!

"WOW! This property and the employees are very accommodating! I felt safe, everyone was friendly, the food was GREAT, and it's in a good distance to all the fun things you want to do in Chicago. Highly recommended! "
"We were pleasantly surprised and now already planned our next trip in a couple weeks to stay at the same hotel. Only concern is we were told pool area was open and hour after rooftop. That is mot correct and bed in single studio is too close to the wall. Had to crawl out as my wife sleep on the otherside. Other than that really like the stay."

"Apartamentos de buen tamaño. Bien acondicionados. Limpios, muy fácil llegar a las principales atracciones tanto caminando como en transporte. El único inconveniente es que se escuchan los ruidos de otras habitaciones. "
"Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable."
