"The rooms were so nice and spacious! The staff went above and beyond. Our room was supposed to be cleaned everyday upon request and when we came back from our outing it wasn’t but they sent someone up right away to give us clean sheets and towels! Breakfast was great! The only thing I would have to say negative about this hotel is parking and the parking lot. It’s one way in and one way out with no way to turn around."

"The staff, the service was absolutely excellent!"

"Clean room, but the air ducts are in the room and you can hear the dampers opening and closing at night. Parking is valet parking and is $49. Which isn’t bad for Chicago. In a great location if you are visiting someone in Wicker Park. The blue line stop is just across the street."

"Convenient location and parking; elevators were very slow some mornings."

"Great experience would recommend to anyone who’s trying to stay in the city for the weekend"

"Great location and amazing staff. Breakfast buffet was delicious!"

"Loved our stay at the Hoxton. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and hotel amenities were great"

"Very noisy with emptying of dumpsters in the early morning hours."

"The walls had stains and holes everywhere, the bedding also had stains. our only outlet wasn’t covered it was just opened and exposed. a blister on my foot also got infected from walking on there floors. there was also staining all over the couch in the shared living room. they also didn’t have any tvs in any of the rooms."

"I loved this place it was in a great location and the property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Parking was an issue but I found a spot not even half a mile down the road so overall wasn't a big issue. If I'm ever back in Chicago I would definitely stay here again."

"Super friendly and amazing staff, helped us out with finding some spots to get food around the area (: relaxing fun stay!"

"Staff was friendly and the room was clean"
