"We chose this hotel because it had 2 treadmills. We arrived and 1 was broken. No one knew why or any idea when it would be fixed. More importantly no one cared. Had to spend extra money at planet fitness. Nobody cared."

When it works out that Charleston is a convenient place to stay, this is the only choice for me."

"The deposit double $50 to $100.00 their deposit refund policy is non—ist or hard to find my wife started her menstrual cycle while we were at the property and had an accident with one of the Towels which happened to be one of the towels that we had brought from home and left it in the floor with the other towels of the bathroom floor they kept our deposit Wife cleaned the room when we got there and cleaned the room when we left there was no damage. "Homeless hanging out nearby, the pool was in a state of disrepair, stained hallway carpets. Just stayed less than 12 hours so it was okay, but definitely wouldn’t pick again."

"Decent one night stay. Check-in was quick and employee was friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. It looked like there was new carpet throughout the building and recently updated somewhat. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable for a one night stay and good price point. Breakfast wasn't great but got the job done."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Angelique -she was amazing! Unfortunately, their got water heater wasn't working so we had COLD showers our entire stay. The carpets in the room and hallway were gross and desperately need shampooed or replaced with flooring other than carpet that does not hold smells!"

"We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!"
