"I have stayed at Moxy properties all over the United States and as expected the layout and quality was consistent with this location with the exception of the staff. The staff did their jobs well but they weren't personable or concerned about any issues that came up. Getting service at the front desk or bar area was like pulling teeth."

"The hotel is close to the airport but it will cost you $17 Euros to get there. The staff was ok. Front desk has us wait with no communication as to when our room would be ready. The restaurant downstairs was ok. They were under staffed and the service was underwhelming. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was not great but it was a heatwave and there system could not handle the volume needed to cool the hotel effectively. It was ok. Nothing bad nothing great."

"The staff were great and welcoming and the room was impeccable. However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient."

"It was a prime location for a quick layover and allowed us easy access to the bus to visit nearby Utrecht. Very easy access from Schipol Airport via bus. The room was small but clean and had all the essentials. Good air conditioning system too, you can control the temperature from the room."

"A/C condition is not working. I asked to change the room, they did it, but A/C in the 2nd room also was broken."

"The curtain is stained with a watermark on the bottom part. Towels are rough to touch. Bathroom amenities are way to tiny. Toilet seat moves when you sit down. Got awaken by fire alarm at 2am. When it stopped, I tried to call the front desk but only got a busy signal. Could not fall back to sleep after that and I was flying out with very little sleep."
