"This casino is the best casino, if you have kids.This is the only casino that has a play place.you can drop your kids off to play while you gamble.It is right off the beach you can hang out at.And they have a pool with a little water slide. My daughter loved kids' quest.She stayed in it all day and they do charge about fifteen dollars an hour.But she loved that she was in until one a m.It gave us time to gamble and relax.While she played in that area.She wants to go back she liked it that much.the food was also great and so was the service. My daughter lost her stuff penguin and they found it and shipped it to us. "

"We been to a couple of casino in Laughlin and this one is by far the best. The view is amazing it doesnt smell when you walk in the beds are comfortable. They only have one pool and its perfect for the kids only goes up to 4 feet. They have adults after hours after 9 to 11 to swim with out the kids. They even have a dj outside playing. The only bad thing is there no bar outside you have to go in to get a drink and go back out. But we loved this place. You getyour money worth "

"The hotel is probably the best for lake Havasu. Old school vibes with modern amenities. The bar and restaurant is great and has good value. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again."

"I was in a 2 night stay and my experience was good. The front desk staff was really helpful and she tried her best to help me. The checking in process was also pretty fast and easy. The security at the property were amazing trying to answer my questions. Nonetheless I wish the resort was more organized with the amenities that it promotes. Amazing idea about the to-go packs but unfortunately I had to go all the way to the front desk for ice. I tried actually going up 1-2 floors and same down but none worked until I found at least the sign that redirected me to the front desk. This reminds me the view from the room was amazing! Can't wait to go back to the Colorado River. Another amenity is the EV charging and this is unfortunately the part which was difficult during my stay. The first night I had to wait until a none EV vehicle moved. I actually asked a lady that was sitting in her car just how long she would be there to wait to secure the space. The lady said she didn't know and well I had to wait. Luckily the only one EV charging car eventually left the casino and I was able to park and charge my car. I honestly think this lady was just sleepibg there for the night since jt was 2am. Most spaces taken by none EV charging vehicles. It's not about being close to an entrance which is what these none ev vehicles park for. An inconvenience doesn't make it right to park there. Just like any other parking space that is labeled and people usually follow what is indicated."

"May 1st and 2nd they had very loud music broadcast from across the street until 12:30 Friday night and 1:00 Saturday. It was the extremely loud repetitive bass type that shook the room. it was room 646. (Friday evening I asked at the front desk about when we could expect it to quit, they told us 10:00.) When I called them at 11:30, they said they couldn’t do anything about it And that if I wanted to tell anybody else it would have to be the Laughlin Police Department, so tough luck. Other than that the hotel was as expected."

"We stop by in our way to Phoenix AZ. Our stay makes for a nice break in a car trip. I love the water and the hotel always provides a good time."
