"this is a warning. every amenity that this property lists that it has, does not exist. they used to have them available and then they cut ties with their sister hostel (the hostel that actually had the amenities like the pool, spa, arcade, etc.). there is only one shower per floor, which, considering the amount of people on the floor is way less than every other hostel I’ve ever been to. myself and the people I was traveling with decided to leave after the first day and it was the best decision...

"Disappointed on my 7th stay there ,won't go back with the latest price hikes and extra energy fees , be sure to check your bill at the end as extras were added on too. Still can't use the green pool , poor internet, lack of bar staff , byo salt and pepper, they won't provide $2 coins for pool table, so, not much todo. Shame as it's a good location and good food."

"This place was very disappointing. It has the air of a place going out of business. The staff didn't seem to care about the condition of it, and there was a charge for absolutely everything. For a surf camp it was surprising that there was no beach or area to surf by the property. They also didn't seem to be keen to teach surfing it's only for established surfers, which then have to pay $50 a day to surf. The property itself was the biggest let down.
