"Breakfast did not seem fresh, the inside of the hotel smelled terrible, very loud guests all night and barking dogs!"

"I'll be as generous as I can without sounding too critical. But, the hotel was extremely outdated, run down and poorly maintained and staffed. I couldn't tell which rooms or floors were smoking or non-smoking, as everything seemed intermingled. The hallways stank of cigarette smoke, and our room smelled of weed each night, like it was being smoked directly beneath us. The front desk clerk would have been more at home working at Guitar Center, but was friendly and knowledgeable enough. The location was very nice, as that whole area of town is beautiful with a lot to do. Great shops, restaurants and of course the Zoo and Botanical Gardens. We survived, but wouldn't recommend it. "

"First walk in lobby very clean staff friendly then you get on the elevator and the floor look like it ain’t been mopped in years got to my room and at first glance I could tell the floor had not been vacuumed after that I checked the bathroom half way clean shower curtain had stains on it check bed sheets had makeup stains on them microwave and mini fridge also not clean I’m pretty sure no one uses the room phone and I could tell bout the thick coat of dust on it and to top all that off my daughter was stuck in the elevator for almost a hour fire and rescue had to get her out!!!! I would never book with them again "

"Breakfast and staff were amazing. The rooms were very old. Cleanliness was not good. There was salsa on my in table and clock. There was a skillet full of grease in the oven. The furniture was very old and uncomfortable and this was the 2nd room we were moved to "

"Parking was kind of difficult cause there were a lot of commercial vehicles that parked on several parking spaces. Hotel should make designated parking spaces for them. The entire room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again. "
