"Nice place"

"The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication."

"Great location, clean and good size rooms. . Walkable to dining, shopping. There is not 24 staff so be aware of that. Lots of stairs but there is a small elevator to take up luggage."

"Excellent séjour , chambre propre , gentillesse de tout le personnel , petit déjeuner excellent avec un très grand choix , la vue sur la plage est extraordinaire"

"We actually stayed here ‘by accident’ when our flight was cancelled from Catania and we had to re-route from Palermo. Right from the start Eulalia was an amazing host, and couldn’t be more helpful in accommodating our brief stay. The accommodation is immaculate, and while transport is required to go into the town, the property makes an excellent quiet retreat if you like peace and quiet and to longe in the sun. Highly recommended. Thank you Eulalia."

It's one of these inner city rooms type of places so not a 'proper' hotel, if you know what I mean. I had to lodge a €100 deposit which I wasn't expecting and hadn't been required in any other places I stayed on this trip. The deposit was refunded in good time not long after I checked out. The room was modern and had everything I needed. Location was bang in the middle of Palermo and I really...

"The owner did an amazing transformation of an old noble family residence. The facility provided a very satisfying breakfast in quantity and variety. Especially appreciative the local, family produced jams and fruits. The owner was very attentive and provided us with very useful information about eating establishments and landmarks. I would use the facility again."

"Incrivel!!! Eu daria mil estrelas para as acomodações e outras mil para a equipe de funcionários. O Francesco é simplesmente um anfitrião impecável, obrigada por cada detalhe ❤️"

"Very spacious rooms and conveniently located near to a wet market, convenience stores, train station, and parking garage. Only con is there's no elevator to take your stuff up to the rooms"
