"First the room was clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Andrew was particularly welcoming and sincere. Some things I haven’t seen in other reviews: first, if you are in the back of the building, you will hear the train all day and night, second the building itself is older, and in need of repair in places: the A/C unit is very loud, and so is the mini fridge, and third the hotel is not in the best location. "The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go."

"The property was undergoing repairs and ci structuring . My room was updated very spacious . The Staff made up for the other deficiencies in the Hotel . Extremely welcoming , professional Nicole , Natalia , Mackenzie? Provided top notch Customer service .
