"I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms."

"The hotel was very clean and efficient. Continental Breakfast was great everyday. I stayed 3 nights. Staff were kind, competent and great customer service. The reason I only gave 3 stars for use of amenities, was the fact that there was a children's softball league staying there with their families so during their stay, they took over the pool hot tub and fire pit area for 2 out of the 3 nights and they were loud. But I guess it is tot be expected. Just bummed I couldn't enjoy the pool and hot...

"To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room. On our first night there which was a Friday night, we noticed our fridge wasn’t cooling and so we went the next morning to go to the front desk and they said they would send someone, they sent someone Saturday morning and he replaced the fridge but it still was not working. Sunday came around and we had to let the front desk know again that the fridge wasn’t working and they told us that none of the fridge is there actually work. Why would...
