"Nice and clean"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool with a comfortable seating area, and I really liked that the breakfast options changed every day. The fitness area was also great and well-maintained. The only issue we had was with housekeeping. We requested housekeeping service, but they never came to clean the room or change our towels, which was frustrating. We had to call the front desk to request fresh towels and have the trash taken out. Other than that, everything else about...

"The staff were attentive but not gonna lie it was dirty in there , elevator was dirty but ,I went with my family on a reunion so there was a lot of foot traffic but, the toilet had a stain , the corners of the showers could’ve had things in them,hot tub wasn’t hot and for the price I payed I thought it’d be better"

"The hotel was ok. When we got there there were unexpected fees. Also, they said they had no room available at first, but after talking to them they were able to get us some. Busted up cars parked in the parking lot also was kind of concerning."

"This place is dirty and looks like something straight out of 1992. The fireplace was aweful, the hot tub was broke, no robes like they said there would be, room smelled like bug spray, like a regal 8 motel where all the hookers hang out! Room was in a corner which was kinda scary. Bottom line, this place looks nothing like it does in their videos and pictures, the one in Downers Grove is right on a main street and it would disappoint anyone, even a homeless person. Definitely not what I was...

"The room was great! My 11 yo granddaughter and I were staying here for an event in the area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The managers reception was great with lots of snacks , soda, and adult beverages . Our suite was huge! We used the living room area to eat, it had a desk that was also useful as a dining table with 3 chairs, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe in the bedroom closet. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful - nearly anything you could want was there...

"I went to a weeding and fall asleep around 4 am and today July 6th I got wake up around 8am Because they started to use hammer and work in the room above mine... If they need to do remodalation they should keep at least one floor to avoid disturb the people who is sleeping and it was the whole day, I recorded a few videos but I don't have the option to upload that here"

"Break fast is below normal, cupcakes and tea/coffee. Room sofa beds are terrible . Family staying there try to get proper beds rather than sofa to sleep. Its budget friendly. Overall its good"
