"This hotel is pretty run down. Shower was rough looking. Our stay was fine but the hotel was pretty run down. It seemed like they housed homeless people. Nobody bothered us and w didn’t feel unsafe. They have the smallest pillows I have ever seen in a hotel room. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of vacant industrial type buildings. Front desk clerk was nice and also behind bulletproof glass. We didn’t eat breakfast after we saw that the coffee looked strange."

"Honestly this is a great place to stay for a weekend vacation in Chicago. We were close to everything and anything. We were in a very safe area in Willowbrook! it is a great city, very beautiful. Econo lodge did not disappoint either, is there some dated things about the room yeah. However it was very clean and there were no bugs which is hard to find nowadays! I will forever come back, Thank you Econo lodge for having me and my mother."

"There was AC which was nice and so needed but our unit was non-stop leaking when it was on so the carpet around it was soaked. The shower would plug when it was on and the faucet handles had lime crust and mold around them. Staff was helpful and friendly and the beds were comfy but definitely gave you that roach motel feeling"

"This was the worse experience I ever had I don’t know how they operate my key card didn’t operate I was locked out my room two days in a row and the help line didn’t help they kept lying saying someone would come help they came until the concierges work time so I will never stay at this hotel again"

"Very pet friendly polices and room accommodations. You can walk right out your room or hall to the outside grass. We enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The water pressure was fantastic. A good variety for the free breakfast. Good hours available too."

"If you are looking for a room that is hands down best price in area this is it. Comfortable beds excellent water pressure and very hot water! The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. The money you save here allows you to visit more of the Awesome Fox Valley/ Naperville!!!"
