"So there was an incident while my wife was drying her hair w/ the hair dryer, the electrical fuse burned out. It destroyed her hair dryer. And it was a regular hair dryer. Not some fancy one needing more power than usual. The maintenance guy who was working at the time helped us out immensely. He even helped us communicate with the front desk in getting us a new room. So that deserves high praise. One bad note is that our top bed sheets smelled like urine. Luckily, we were transferred to...

"I had one towel, 2 bathmats, and 3 washcloths. No blanket in the room including on the bed, which had a sheet and a thin duvet cover but no duvet or blanket. There was no hair dryer in the room. There is no staff at front desk from 10pm to 10am, so no way to replace missing or broken items. Also - can't check in after 10pm which I did not realize. My room had a kitchen including a full sized refrigerator and a stove top, but not a single dish. No pans, no plates, no forks, no glasses. No coffee...

"No toiletries available. No drinking water in the room. Ice machine was broken. They were selling small toothpaste but no shampoo or conditioner even for sale!"

"Parking was good, and we liked the location. Breakfast was also good. No complimentary water at check in, and lobby store is very expensive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The tub had no mat and only one vertical grab bar, so was risky for me. The pool was a disappointment for me. I use the pool as therapy for my bad legs. I can't use a ladder, need steps to get in/out. So we might stay again for short stay but not longer ones at the holidays. "

"Staff were very professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The weight room could use some updated equipment. The pool could use better chairs and tables, but was a lovely respite for children after a day in Chicago."

"Welcoming and safe atmosphere, friendly staff, rather clean. Needs some detailed cleaning in the bathrooms and some tub/sink fixtures were broken and appeared they have been that way for awhile. All in all, I would stay there again."

"Would not recommend. Their fridges there do not work. On our first night there which was a Friday night, we noticed our fridge wasn’t cooling and so we went the next morning to go to the front desk and they said they would send someone, they sent someone Saturday morning and he replaced the fridge but it still was not working. Sunday came around and we had to let the front desk know again that the fridge wasn’t working and they told us that none of the fridge is there actually work. Why would...

"No lo recomiendo para nada mi experiencia fue mala el primer día llegué y me querían dar una habitación con mal olor al lado de otra donde había una persona muerta y la policía estaba ya allí mucho olor a cigarrillo en las habitaciones se metía todo ese olor ai habitación mucha gente rara drogadictos en fin no lo recomiendo para nada muy mala la experiencia"

"Easy check in and out. The rooms are ok, could be updated on certain things but are bug free. Didnt free any of the free breakfast. We went to the honey berry cafe next door that is absolutely great."
