"I booked my stay more than a month in advance and specifically reserved a room with two queen beds. When I arrived at the hotel on August 6 to check in, they did not provide the room I had booked. Instead, they gave me a room with one king bed. I had to contact the hotel manager and Expedia, and I was promised that I would receive the correct room on August 7.
