The breakfast buffet that is constantly refreshed, the gym with wonderfully operating equipment. Our room was spacious and comfortable. So much to love about this historic property!"

Important things for me were breakfast included, no additional fees for a car parking and airport shuttle. This hotel has all I needed. First impression. Ladies at reception were great, very friendly and helpful answered all my questions about shuttle. I booked 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected. Overall, if I have to go to pick up a friend or family member at O'hare airport, I shall stay here again."
