I got there, no jacuzzi in my suite, lady on the phone said "well, you booked a suite, not a jacuzzi room," and didn't offer any more assistance on the matter. So if you're hoping to get a jacuzzi in the room like the pictures show, just know you can't book it directly on Expedia or their website, because it wasn't there either. The lady who checked us in was a different person, and she was phenomenal. She must work...
