"Shabby hotel with little or no recent maintenance. Toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall. Dark spots on sheets. Peeling wallpaper throughout the facility. Dust under the bed was so thick I could draw my name in it! Staff was mildly attenuative, when they could raise their eyes from their cell phones. Breakfast was poor quality, no proteins of any sort and very little variety. No eggs, No meat of any sort. Stale bread and only bananas for fruit. For the price of this hotel, we...

"Location had quiet surroundings. The hotel and room inside had a pleasant, fresh smell. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of space. The bathroom felt luxurious, with spa-like toiletry scents and a soaking tub. The bed was very comfortable too! We will stay here anytime we’re in Naperville!"

"Lydia at the front desk is amazingly kind and helpful Breakfast buffet was good everyday. Made a waffle the first day; had to have one every breakfast. Housekeeping does a good job. The building is old but maintained. Everything works. But Upgrades are due."

"The hotel was 5 star for being a great basic hotel with everything you need for a great stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was warm. Hot tub didn't have bubbles but not a biggie. Great location with good parking. Staff were very kind and accommodating. 10/10 recommended."
