"The room keys stopped working after one use, even though they were kept separate. Had to exchange 3 different times. Mold on the side of the AC. WiFi kept going out. Bathroom door handle had holes around it that offered no privacy. The one gentleman at the counter was the only nice one. The ladies were very rude every time I had to ask them to fix the room key cards."
