"Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. ...

"I love this hotel. It's brand new. The property is very nice-clean and stylish. The (gorgeous) staff is so sweet. They took amazing care of me. My room was very nice-clean, conteporary and with a nice view. I also really liked the iced coffee and sandwhich Jamilah made me in the breakfast/lunch cafe! I would definitely stay again if I return to D.C."

"I checked in at 1 am they were very helpful, and helped with my 8 suitcases. Just a great stay. Only quibble is my tub wasnt draining well."

"My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good."

"The elevator was broken so guests had to use the stairs which is not easy with luggage. The key to our room didn’t work so I had to run down to the desk twice before staff finally came up and tried themselves to find it really wasn’t working like I said. We were put in a different room. We won’t be staying there again."

"This was a 2 star hotel at best. The rooms are the size of walk in closet and you have to ask for a cup, wash clothes, the bed has only a duvet so had to ask for bed linen. The bed is shoved up against window the entire size of the tiny room. The common areas are a hot mess with loud colors with no theme. This looks like a Euro theme meets IKEA. They don’t clean your room unless you ask. The shower is substandard. $250 per night is a rip off! Buyer beware! You can do better!"

"The rooms shower supplies were not full in one of the rooms I booked. My guest were have an issues with the air conditioning unit, and one of the cleaning staff were very rude and told them to call maintenance.The maintenance guy was very good came up and got everything situated other than that.The only problem I had was parking lot.They charged us forty eight dollars a parking, a parking garage that had no work in elevator and if it was all property, I could understand what the garage is on...

"I checked in to the Hyatt because I had surgery at a nearby hospital. Period the staff when I came in was very helpful and supportive. The problem started when we were placed in a room by the exit door, which is totally unacceptable for me then the room was over or close to something that made noise every 30 minutes, which wasn’t good for someone preparing for surgery the next day I called and requested a blanket and it never came.
