"You get what you paid for. This place is not dirty but it is outdated. The walls are very thin so you could hear people talking and a dog barking. If you’re a light sleeper this place might not be a good place to stay at. The bed was very rough very hard. Other than that it was a decent place. Close to the city close to the freeway. I felt safe here the whole time so it does have its pros. "

"Friendly and helpful Staff. Super nice Room was clean and comfortable. I stayed at the superior room that comes with 2 double beds and has a living room area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, refrigerator, , sink and cabinets. No kitchen utensils though. No elevator. It is just a 2 level building. "Wifi strong signal, hair dryer, heater works. There is a fan for summer. There is a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV. Shampoo & soap are provided. Daily housekeeping available. Everything is as promised. Linens are clean, there's no spot. All the basic stuffs are available. No laundry. As for the area, The16th street, west side of Valencia is good. "The receptionist was virtual, so that was a very unique experience . Clean rooms and very quiet location , close to a beautiful park with a short hiking trail . Beautiful view of the water and city and right across the street from Cow palace and close enough to mission st that had a ton of great food . . The location was super convenient . The $50 deposit fee was the lowest fee I could find along with the $11 on-site parking fee . 30-40 minutes from the bridge the pier ‘ "
