"Hotel is showing signs of wear, and not clean. Arrived late, lobby was full of guests, loud and drinking in the common room. Had an early flight, same loud guests had taken over the lobby. Kids and luggage, hard to even get through to exit. Breakfast was out of many items and even no coffee available, and was only 6am. I would not stay here again. "

"The staff is fantastic.
The hotel itself however, is old. Damage on the walls and doors is visible. The elevators are quirky, the toilets temperamental and the walls thin. There is no soundproofing between rooms.
The gym needs an overhaul.
I did love the full service restaurant and lounge and there are many dining options in the area."

"Please don’t book this hotel. Rooms look nothing like what was advertised, we had to ask to switch rooms when we got there because the one we stayed in was in terrible condition and gross. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear every plane and car outside. Air is dry, we woke up with sore throats. When checking out, we asked why we were put into rooms with such terrible conditions and they explained they’re planning for renovations. "Great stay. Andrea took great care of me and my girlfriend. Hotel is very clean and peaceful. Service is perfect. Parking was super easy and next to the hotel.
