"I needed to rest. I booked online, drove further than I thought I needed to to get there. Then their office was closed. A self service kiosk was my only option for checkin which didn’t offer the room I booked online and it didn’t offer the whole stay I needed so I booked one night so that I could get it sorted out once we had some sleep. The next morning the manager is calling and texting saying I need to wake up and get out of the room. Trying to book any room for several consecutive nights was...

"Nice location overlooking the marina. However there was an unmarked hump across the driveway that was a trip hazard."

"The only thing not expected was that Expedia shows photos of the cabin, which we wanted to stay in, instead we arrived and were told we had a hotel room. It was huge with 3 bedrooms., 2 bathroom, kitchen, big living room with 2'couches and can see the beach and town. The staff are super friendly and responsive as usual and it's only about 1 block to the marina and shops, a short walk to the beach. I will continue to go back but hopefully they updatecthe photoscof the Captains Quarters."

"💕"

"Didn’t even have a smoke detector or ice machine. Wanted to leave as soon as we saw the room. Felt like we had to stand on the edges of the shower because there didn’t feel like there was any support below. Not even on par with the lowest of the budget chains. Don’t waste your vacation time in such a depressing room."

"Everything was amazing! I will be going back!"
