"The adults only pool and the multiple bars was excellent. It was a bit of a hassle at first but I didn’t realize how nice it was to have reserved spots at the pool and beachside. I wish they had a more expanded menu at the late night bar."

"The property coverall was nice though there were issues which affected our vacation.
1) Complimentary water bottles were not changed out after the previous guest left. I came in parched and opened a bottle and guzzled it to find it filled with cheap tequila. Had stomach issues and other issues that day since I do not drink alcohol and only have an occasional wine. When presented to the front desk, laughed and confirmed "yeah it is tequila". What if the bottle was spiked with pills or something...

"I bought this trip as a gift for my daughter’s honeymoon. We bought them an ocean view. When they got to the hotel they gave them a parking lot view. My daughter calked me very upset. After she complained they switched room. We paid for a king size bed and they were given a queen size bed. They did not honor the terms of this agreement. My husband and I stayed there previously and had no issues. They really embarrassed us as this was our gift to our daughter and her new husband. I will never...

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, it’s a quiet little paradise slightly away from palm beach, where the little touches made our stay so special. My mum and I stayed in the two bedroom casita and it was absolutely perfect. We got daily iced tea and all the amenities we needed. The food was excellent - we had the breakfast everyday and dinner in the restaurant some evenings too. The pool and grounds are maintained immaculately. The staff were also so helpful and friendly. I will be returning!"
