"The hotel room smelled like mildew, outdated, mold in the AC vents was visible, manager had no details about the shuttles to casino and when they are coming. The rooms were clean but outdated and smelled horrible. Had sheer curtains with no way to block sunlight, no fan in bathroom, stains on the linens. 1 out of 2 elevators were working which created a line to use the elevators. Over priced for the quality and conditions of the rooms. Would not stay there again."

"Everything was perfect!!"

"Basic Hotel, clean comfortable only stayed 1 night and it was fine. Shuttle to Mohegan Sun runs every 30 mins. After a concert the last run from the venue leaves at 12MN. However there was more people than room & runs for the Van so plan accordingly."

"We had a very good time. The Hotels staff and general atmosphere makes us feel at home every time we go.... Only down side was the couch in our rm we stayed in was so, so.... Took us a few to figure out that not all couch's at the Hyatt are the same... But everything else was quite accommodating and professional down to earth... We love the food their, movies and spaciousness of our room... Two things that would make it a bit more enjoyable is if the Hyatt put in internet...

"from the front desk check in Joshua to the female bartender the hotel staff were amazing!! we were celebrating our anniversary and everyone was so happy and friendly towards us including the visiting linemen helping out with storm"

"Comfortable"

"Initially arrived and checked in. Got to our room and it was occupied. We unexpectedly walk-in on someone and it was very uncomfortable. Front desk manager deducted $100 per night and put us into another room. He said it was a glitch in the system. Outside of this mishap, experience was wonderful. Drinks great. Food options plenty. Lots of people and a great time."

"Room was clean, staff was kind and helpful. The bed itself clean, but unfortunately deeply uncomfortable, and the pillow are mush. I was simultaneously freezing and unbelievably hot in the air conditioning. Overall not my favorite hotel, but I can only praise the staff, all of whom were exceptionally kind."

"It was clean and nice"

"Staff was helpful. Restaurants and casino were close by. Will definitely go back"

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff are amazing and accommodating. I appreciate when staff members go above and beyond to meet your needs and thats just what they did. They have a shuttle to the casino every hour and its only 7 mins away driving. I would stay here again"

"The workers were very helpful"

"Nice place, great location, would recommend to others."

"Decently clean, comfortable room, but the main reason to stay here would be location. It's very conveniently located right off of 95, has food and shops, coffee that are walkable if you're exhausted and just need to get off the road and relax from driving on a road trip. That said, the room was noisy with neighbors, musty with an odor, and they charge you $10 for parking, which seems like a cheap grab - just include that in the price, please."

"Had a great time with my family here. Everything was clean and organized!"
