"We stayied two nights at this hotel The room on the first nigth was 25 C The 2rd night it was 28.5 C So you could not sleep They have a good night garantie Asked at front desk They said to contact the guest relations Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco So what is the point of having a good night garantie "

"The room was beautiful!! It’s recently been done apparently, and there was a lovely hamper and fridge with food and drinks included. The only issue was the shower wasn’t amazing and was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise staff super lovely to and great pub! Highley recommend - Lauren "

"The ladies on the reception were wonderful. Pleasant, courteous, funny and kind. Yeah the ablutions were wicked clean, the room was exactly what i needed. Wi-Fi is good. But those two birds on the front desk. They need a bonus! Well done guys A*"

"This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...

"This was my second time visiting Hempstead Hotel and I was so glad to have returned. The welcome from staff is always lovely and very clean. My room was a wonderful size which was immaculate throughout. The bottled water is always nice to have along with ample biscuits, tea and coffee. I like to go out to the cinema which is only an eight minute drive. The breakfast was wonderful; smoked salmon and scrambled eggs cooked to perfection.
