"It was a very good price and place to stay during the World Cup, the breakfast in the morning was awesome. My only complaint was our room smelt terrible, anytime we would leave and come back since the air was off it smelt like sweaty locker room socks so that was just unpleasant. "Great stay for two nights, we were there for a FIFA game. About 25-30 min away from both downtown and the Stadium. We didn’t want to stay in the downtown area so this was perfect! Super clean and local area of Lenexa is more modern and very safe neighborhood. Very happy with our stay."

"All was good here. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and relaxing.
I did have an issue after booking that I tried to get in touch with management and they didn’t call me back, hence the 4 stars over 5. The breakfast was also very so/so. The potatoes tasted like water in the worst way but we appreciated the waffle maker."

"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"
