"My stay here was great! I was alone visiting my boyfriend, and it was easy for me to go pick him up and come back whenever I needed. The room was pretty clean, but it wasn't "perfection." There was some dust buildup and crumbs under the bed and behind the table. I only noticed because I dropped some things and saw it all when I went to retrieve my items. "Everything worked out with our rooms. The AC was leaking but was fixed. The hotel still has bad tv reception at times. This occurred on our last trip too. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was close to where we had to visit. Will use again. Plus, love the free ice cream."

"This is the best hotel in Williamsburg. The service is top tier and the GM is incredible. He was always there asking if we needed anything. We even asked him if he live there because he was there all the time. The breakfast was wonderful and food service workers were efficient and nice. "
