"The Deluxe Queen Queen room faces the road and houses look straight into your room. The linen curtains help to filter this out. The room itself had been refreshed recently. The bathroom was however was still in its origional condition. The covers around the shower fittings fell off a few times. The water filter down stairs needed replacing, therefore would not work towards the end of our stay. This was not resolved. "Close to Whakarewarewa forest which is why I booked it. Cheap but dated. Property was as I had expected for the price so can't complain about that. Only main issue was that there is a lot of vibrations/noise that goes throughout the room literally every 30 secs 24hrs. Thought they were earthquakes at first but later found out that it was a pipe that ran under property and everytime a truck drove over it the place shook. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bedding were very clean, and the place was well maintained. There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back."
