"Been staying at this property two and three times a year from past 10 years or so. (We should get a special badge!)Great staff and good service. However, property needs good renovation, specially the bathrooms.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

"It was a nice very clean well equipped room.
The staff are very nice and check in was friendly and nice people.
The downside.
The Tv not working at all annoyed us. No signal displayed for for just standard Tv. Couldn’t load an app because the internet was lagging. I’d rather that working than a heated toilet seat.

"Comfortable beds, and a good location. Check in and out was easy. We had a room with a spa, but it was just an outdoor bath that looked like a spa, and it was all cracked and dated. Had to fill it ourselves on arrival. The door to the spa area also leaked alot with the rain we had during our stay.
If you are after a quiet stay, I would recommend an upstairs room as its quite noisy in the downstairs rooms.
Overall not a bad place to stay, but not sure if we will be back."

"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area.
Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable.
There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression.
Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid."
