"We expected a handicap accessible room. Those room were unavailable due to “smell”. My father has mobility issues and had a very hard time using the toilet and the bath/shower were not accessible to him. We did not stay the second night. The front desk said they could not refund us because it was booked not directly through them. Very very disappointing that we were not made aware of the unavailability of the handicap accessible rooms. If we had know we would have found accommodations that could...
