When I attempted to check in at the agreed 2 hrs early, I was told that there are zero rooms ready and I cannot check in two hours earlier. It was a disappointment. "The level of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service have declined. Common areas such as e!evators and hallways were stained, contained spills uncleaned for days, and have a slight odor. The linens need to be retired; frayed towels and worn sheets seem to reflect the ho-hum attitude of staff and management. Overall a safe and convenient location for a short stay, but far from the gleaming experience represented in the Hilton brand."

"The front desk hotel check in concierge was very miserable and not helpful nor informative. There was a 2 person stabbing during my stay and no one was notified I suppose to avoid chaos but that did not allow me to feel safe anyway. I hear that kind of commotion is normal/regular over there which confirmed my lack of return."
