Khách sạn Đảo Wheeling , Wheeling

"It's a nice casino property - clean, spacious rooms with key features; clean bathroom in good shape, comfortable beds - at a very good price. All staff were polite. Very slow check-in / check-out. Only 1 person working and dealing with "player card" issuing and questions + hotel guests. Worse - 1 or 2 other people just hanging out watching instead of offering to assist. Also, quite slow service in restaurant. It's a bit isolated relative to rest of town. It has bar / restaurants but a bit...

"Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling."

"We had trouble with the lack of signs to get to the zoo and had to detour numerous times due to Christmas lights going up in Oct."

"They were professional and the hotel was convenient and clean"

"Room was clean and back side of building so quiet. Staff was friendly and ample parking."

"Great location right off of the interstate. However, it didn't feel like that was the case. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. This was a one-night stay for us as we were passing through, so we didn't get to explore the area much outside of the immediate area. We will definitely stay there again."

"Done"

"Staff was excellent, breakfast was great with good variety, hot tub was nice could be a bit warmer. The room was not as clean as expected. Chips on the floor on room. Very dusty behind tv. Bed was great."

"Great hotel, clean and tidy for its age and location but beware it’s mostly construction workers and if you’re a single woman, it’s a little uncomfortable"
