"Shower was plugged, stove drawer was jammed and toilet had issues flushing. I asked for maintenance they said they were gone for the day. They never came over our 2 nights. Hot tub needed to be filled. It was below the skimmers. Great room layout and excellent location, unfortunately would not stay ..."

"Staff were terrible.. the first one gave us two problem: the door cards only work for 1 day while we’re booked for 3 days 2 nights. Then gave us wrong info about the cost of parking in day lots - he said $15 but actual is $22.. the 2nd person solved the issue but acted like they didn’t cause inconvenience ..."
