"Extremely pleasant and relaxed feeling staying in a Bed & Breakfast that has so much history, (from 1799). We found ourselves imagining what it was like living in that era. and appreciated the architecture and interior decorating style. We loved the “Honor System” and felt safe staying there. "The parking was not maintained, staff was not knowledgeable of the business they are running, if it wasn’t an emergency and I did ‘t book on Expedia I would have cancelled right then and go somewhere else. The one working elevator was not sanitize or inspected. The 5th floor where we stayed was hot and smelled like see water. We had to change rooms because the first one was left with the heat on. The whole place needs to be renovated before being offered to the public. My stay felt like a $5...

"When we got there we noticed paint was coming off the walls and the elevator panel for up and down was badly rusted. We got in late and just wanted to go to bed. The bathroom light and the sink light didn’t work. I tried to call the front desk but there was no dial tone. I noticed the phone wasn’t plugged in so I plugged it in. It still didn’t work.
