"The room was clean and it had been recently renovated. The amenities were lacking - air conditioning didn’t work well, no hair dryer, no coffee/tea, no cups. The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times. I had to call the number left on the door as the office was not open at 8:15. The person I spoke with said she left my paperwork out for the manager. She...

"The room is extremely clean and everything in excellent repair. The bed was very comfortable. Nice refrigerator with freezer section, and microwave. Plenty of parking."

"It's a such a beautiful place Mainly for golf seekers. Yet u could enjoy the area around... Foot trail , lake, peace and quiet. Loved it, my friend nurse and I nurse such an escape from reality. 1000 thanks/ God bless you. There is also a great dinner/ roscoe for a breakfast/ so delicious and Italian restaurant/ dont remember the name of it. Richmond's? "This place is totally run down. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life. Most of the staff were friendly. Exception was the checkout person who did not even turn to me or lift her head when I asked about the checkout process."

The info on the property does say there are stairs but it does not state how big a stsircase this is. It’s huge and very difficult if you have any mobility issues."

"It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying"

"It was obvious that they were trying to revive the timeshare business against the hotel. Food was great. They need to get a system to control air conditioning. You should not be cold all the time. Definitely need hire front desk staff at hotel frontdedk"
